What do I need to do after setting up my session? +

After booking through calendly, we will send you a confirmation email with everything you need - please reply with your SIDES & BREAKDOWN (Help Us - Help you)

What is the travel fee/deposit +

As Rosie Colored Glasses is a premier mobile taping service, there is an additional no refunable travel fee, which is paid upon booking- whether you live in the Valley or In Beverly Hills, the fee is always $20.

Cancellation and rescheduling +

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so by 7PM the night before your appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment by 7PM the night before, you are still responsible for payment. If you need to cancel your same-day appointment you are still responsible for full payment.

I have a pet at home - can you still tape me? +

If you have a pet, we ask that they don't make a cameo appearance in your tape, please make sure that they are in a separate room.

How much space do I need? +

We are very flexible with making different environments work. 5ft x 5 ft would be a good start. If you live with other people, please make sure they have a place to go / work - no need for an audience. I also need easy access to outlets (For Lighting) Remember - we want this to be the best experience for you and with that we need space and quiet.

How are files sent +

You will be sent a password protected VIMEO link.

When can I expect my tape +

All tapes will be sent, same day - by end of day! If you need your tape within 2 hours of your session, a rushed fee of $25 may apply.
